My external hard drive that has everything, everything, on it died last night! I'm so upset I couldn't sleep and I'm such a mess right now. Pray that Tekserve can save all of my data!

I know the feeling about hard drives dying and etc. My external died on me and I contacted the manufacture to replace it. I sent it to them a month ago, and they haven't received it! That sucks!
