I've always adored Halloween and as I get older my love doesn't seem to abate at all. I might no longer be able to eat the candy that made it my favourite holiday as a child, but I still love to dress up. Last year I wore a 1920s little girl's sunflower costume and it was perfect- this year I'm rather adrift in thinking up any ideas. What are you dressing up as? Any ideas for me? In this economic climate I have no desire to buy anything new, so its lucky that I have more clothes than I know what to do with- the only problem is in getting them into a cohesive costume that makes sense. Hmm....

I love old costumes! I worked at a museum that every halloween would dress up in costumes circa 1910. It was fun!
