I worked for Barway in 1967-68. This mannequin was modeled on one of the staff members, Nigel. Bob Conway owned the company then. He created the first anatomically correct mannequins. I remember the day the male & female mannequins were put in the showroom window in Newman St. Everything was fine untill the police arrive outside, sirens wailing, demanding they be removed or Bob would be prosecuted for an obscene display. Happy days.
